Stuart holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is highly experienced and has completed numerous transactions in the areas of multi-family, retail and office; including lease negotiation, development and investments ranging from $1.1 million to $8 million.

She has been with Meridian Management, Inc. since 2002. She has a Mini-Masters in real estate development from St. Thomas University, has completed all courses for her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, and has a CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) designation. Her background includes commercial and residential property management, development and finance.

He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a licensed Realtor. Chad has over 8 years of successful residential, multi-family and investment real estate experience, along with a proven expertise in small business management and consulting. Services for the Commercial Tenant Representation Division include: Lease and term analysis, Property/Site search and selection, Lease & price negotiations, Industry networking, Property evaluations, Requests for proposal, Proposal evaluation & analysis, and Continued support.
Natalie Hetchler Administrator 651-289-1555 nhetchler@meridianmgmt.net	Natalie comes to Meridian Management with over fifteen years of bookkeeping and administrative experience. Her background also includes ten years construction management and holds a MN & WI real estate license and has six years of experience in residential real estate. She is responsible for assisting the president and vice president.
Dave Schnedler Project Manager & Realtor 612-501-3757 dschnedler@meridianmgmt.net	Dave Schnedler is both a Project Manager and Residential Investment Realtor at Meridian Management, Inc. As a Project Manager, he coordinates multiple tradesman to rehabilitate single family homes in the Twin Cities area. As a professional Realtor, Dave is responsible for marketing the completed homes to buyers.
