Stuart Simek has been appointed to Minnesota Multi-Housing (MHA) Board of Directors.  

Stuart will be installed as a board member at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association Presidential GALA on Thursday March 16, 2006 at Town & Country Club.   MHA is a state-wide nonprofit trade organization for the multi-housing industry. With nearly 2,100 members representing more than 200,000 housing units, MHA offers a variety of services to support the industry. MHA provides it's members and prospective members with timely information about industry and Association news, educational opportunities, and membership benefits. MHA supplies renters with information and resources that will help them understand lease contracts and the laws that govern the landlord/tenant relationship .

Stuart is the President of  Meridian Management, Inc. which is a real estate company involved in the management, investment and development of multi-family property in the St. Paul-Minneapolis metro area.   Meridian Management is working on for-sale multifamily housing projects in Prior Lake, Highland Park and Grand Marais on the North Shore of Lake Superior.
