Stuart Simek has been installed as a 2008 Director on the Membership Committee for the CCIM Minnesota-Dakota Chapter

CCIM Minnesota-Dakota Chapter based in Minneapolis, is among the most active in the nation, and currently has more than 250 members working in three states, including Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Saint Paul, MN, January 10, 2008:

Stuart Simek is president/owner of Meridian Management, Inc. Simek has extensive experience and knowledge in commercial real estate, as well as entrepreneurial and financing experience. Meridian Management, Inc is a Real Estate company involved in the management, investment and development of multi family property and commercial property in the St. Paul -Minneapolis metro area. Simek received his CCIM designation in May 2007. Simek is an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and an appointed member of the Ford Site Task Force. Simek's latest achievement has been the approval and passing of the rezoning at the corner of Randolph Avenue and Lexington Parkway which will be home for the new Trader Joe's along with some other smaller neighborhood shops.
