Seller's Broker: Lori Pounds, CCIM-Senior Investment Analyst, Tim Prinsen and Bob Pounds-Brokers

Stuart Simek, CCIM recently completed a deal with Lori Pounds, CCIM and her investment sales team at NAI Welsh Companies for the sale of an 86,000 sq ft office building. Rosedale Towers, is a nine story office building and currently the tallest building in Roseville, MN, the sale success fully closed on May 1, 2008. The building was 95% occupied at the time of sale.

Stuart Simek and Lori Pounds have worked together on various committees and projects through the Minnesota/Dakota's Chapter. Other members of Lori Pounds team include Tim Prinsen and Bob Pounds who are the lead Investment Sales brokers at NAI Welsh. Lori added value to the transaction with her analysis, pro-formas and investment knowledge gained through her CCIM education.
