Our Process

The Commercial Division of Meridian Management is unique in that we work with all sizes of organizations from Executive Office Suite clients to 50,000 Square Foot buildings. We do not take Commercial listings for sale or lease and we do not manage commercial properties. We focus exclusively on Commercial Tenant Representation and work with Commercial Tenants (ie. Office, Retail, Non-Profit, Medical and Special Use clients). Our process is focused on an advisory / consulting role and being an advocate for our tenants. We take pride and a great deal of effort in working closely with each and every one of our clients to ensure the best possible terms and match for their Commercial needs. Below you will find the general steps in our process with the ultimate goal of identifying and negotiating the best terms of a commercial lease or purchase for our clients.

Ongoing Commercial Resource / Advisor to our clients (Educational and Day-to-Day Commercial Real Estate expertise)
